Shipping Policy:

TJN, LLC strives to fulfill orders in a timely and efficient manner. Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed, provided that the products are in stock. Sometimes, we are able to fulfill orders on the same business days. Sometimes, it takes us the full 3 business days due to volume.

If the product is not in stock, we will notify the customer via email and ask whether they would like to wait for the product to come in stock, receive a different product, or receive a full refund. Shipping times vary depending on the location of the customer and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

We will default to shipping USPS First-Class unless specified on your order invoice.

Once the product leaves the Salute Fulfillment Center and is recieved shipping carrier, we cannot take responsibility for the whereabouts of products nor do we have control over the operations of USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any shipping carrier.

Return Policy:

We do not accept returns after 14 days and only accept returns for reasonable circumstance that the customer cannot properly consume the product. Examples of reasonable reasons include (but do not limit) that the gummies are not in reasonable condition or the jar was not properly sealed. The decision that a request for a return is considered "reasonable circumstance" is up to the discretion of the officers of TJN, LLC.
